All dental procedures are carried out under general anaesthetic.  First, we tackle tartar and plaque. Tartar is that hard, yellow buildup on teeth. Plaque is the sticky film that starts it all. Both come from food bits and bacteria. An ultrasonic scaler blasts them away. It uses high-speed vibrations and water spray. This cleans deep without harming enamel. After that, we polish teeth smooth. It seals out new gunk and keeps mouths fresh.  We do this under general anesthetic. That means your pet sleeps through it all.
