Mary was born in Nanango, and grew up on a dairy, beef & cropping property; she is a country girl at heart. Mary continues to practise, impressing all with her clinical and surgical skills, her compassion and empathy & her passion to see every animal in the care of Moruya Veterinary Hospital staff treated as special, to achieve the best possible outcome for patient and carer.
Mary is the heart and soul of Moruya Veterinary Hospital.
Peter and Mary commenced the practice in the Eurobodalla in December 1973.
Peter is no longer in clinical practice but has assumed a greater role in practice management and in community affairs.
In November 2009 Janelle returned to Moruya Veterinary Hospital. She has a strong interest in Equine medicine including equine dentistry. In her spare time she enjoys riding horses, playing sport & exercising her ever present companion Bo.
Gary graduated from the University of Sydney in 1997 and has worked with Moruya Veterinary Hospital since to support a serious motorcycle habit, luckily an enjoyment of medicine, orthopaedics and equine reproduction in particular make a labour of………
Fran was born in Yorkshire England, her first career as a medical researcher took her from England to America for 3 years before coming to settle in Australia, Now an Australian citizen she graduated from Murdoch University in 2008. Since then Fran has enjoyed the variety of mixed practice in Moruya. Fran has two dogs, Max & Jess at home and enjoys travel, wildlife photography and riding.
Michael graduated from The University of Melbourne in 2003. He started working in mixed practice in Deloraine, Tasmania from 2004 to early 2010. Michael then relocated to Moruya Vet Hospital in March 2010. He spends his spare time chasing after 3 boys, working in a local church, restoring an old boat and learning to fly model helicopters.
Anabel’s special interests are dairy cattle herd health, cattle nutrition, calf rearing and veterinary development projects. She has volunteered in small animal rabies and desexing program in Thailand, and this year will undertake a Vets beyond Borders project in India.
